Calendar and Upcoming Events:

Monday December 26th - class on ground fighting.   Please bring a mouth guard.

Since Monday January 2nd is a holiday for most of you, class will be moved to Tuesday, January 3rd (same class times).

Monday January 9th will be a special event - "Fight Club", with all students sparring between 6 p.m and 8:00 p.m.   Afterwards, we'll have a bite to eat and watch LSU and Alabama play for the National Championship.   Please bring an appetizer to share.   Chips and dip are fine !  All family members are welcome to attend !

Wednesday classes in January will be the 11th and 25th.
